Personal Training

Personal training is executed though our medical model. Upon completion of a physical examination and a functional movement screen, each client is given a fitness test to determine the level of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and flexibility needed to meet and exceed the standards for their age and gender. Each member of our training staff offers a different specialty allowing us to customize your wellness plan. We offer post-physical therapy training, general individual training, small group functional training, endurance training, yoga and powerlifting.
